I always love going to adoration, not only am I able to adore the lord, but I get the opportunity to go to confession and be more united with the lord.
One benefit of kneeling down and adoring the lord,is in the simple act of bowing before the lord in humility, we are then exalted in the lord. He as the loving father will bring us from below and raise us to him. So that by the act of adoring God, we are brought to him intimately
