Be what you receive!

Faithful bloggers,

Today is Easter Tuesday of the Easter Octave. Apparently, that means difficulties in music selection (at least for me, who happens to be in charge of music for community liturgies this week). The challenges of the new translations for the Mass parts arose quickly when we discovered that everyone in community really only knows one Gloria. Thus, a lot of humility continues to be showing itself since the arrival of the new translation. What a beautiful experience it is to realize how tiny we are in comparison to Mother Church!

But how about this...

How even GREATER it is to be a part of something so HUGE!
Especially in this Easter season, let us not only rejoice and be glad...but do so with all those around us.
We were meant to be in communion. Be what you receive!

Happy Easter to ya!
